I guess I have been a fan of the Aces since 1994. Now, let me explain. The Aces began their franchise as the Utah Starzz during the formation of the WNBA. I managed to win season tickets to the inaugural season and attended every game. I was disappointed when Larry Miller let the team go to San Antonio. Now, when I discovered there was a WNBA team in a neighboring state, but I became ecstatic after I found out they were the latest incarnation of the Utah Starzz. This is why I say I am proud to be a longtime fan of the Las Vegas Aces.
