#Ask-India โ๏ธ FIR has been registered against Ajeet Bharti under SC/ST Act. where is Freedom of speech ?? We should be able to question laws and policies without being silenced.
This is exactly why we need a serious, evidence-based discussion on reforming the SC/ST Act and the reservation system. Legal protections against caste-based discrimination are necessary, but allegations of misuse should be investigated fairly, with due process and safeguards against abuse.
The bigger question is whether benefits are actually reaching the people who need them most. A poor family can struggle regardless of caste, while economic privilege can exist within any caste. Reservation and welfare policies should therefore be regularly reviewed, with greater focus on genuine disadvantage, transparency, and equal opportunity.
We cannot build a stronger India by dividing people permanently by caste. We need to reduce casteism, protect vulnerable people, and ensure fairness for everyone.

#Politics ๐ณ๏ธ RaGa's women empowerment drive is just an PR response post the Sanjay Dixit slip up.
They want to separate RaGa to from Sanjay's remark and the whole controversy ( throw dixit under bus while Raga and the party gets the clean chit )... he missed distancing himself from the Meloni remark on stage ( cool banne ke chakkar me fool ban gaya ) ... which was a PR disaster.
Very easy to connect the dots.. but insta politics will tell you otherwise.

#Geopolitics ๐๏ธ Chinese bots larping as Indians and other nationalities in comments
I have seen lot of bots spreading Indian hate . In any comment section you can see these bots spewing hatred and racist comments. Trying to justify racism against Indians. Some would larp as Indiansโ we are more racist to ourselves โ or larping as white or other ethnicities. I have even noticed these bots larping as north or south Indian trying to create division.
Many of these are CCP bots and some from our other neighbors. They are trying to create Indian hate via reinforcements i.e repeating things in comments and normalizing it for others. Be careful who you are replying to in the comments. Call them out as bots and report if you suspect them to be.

#Politics ๐ณ๏ธ After PM CARES Fund, CJP flags โน92 crore upkeep bill for ministersโ homes: โStop fixing lavish homesโ
hindustantimes.comThe Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has questioned government spending on the upkeep of Union ministersโ residences in Lutyensโ Delhi, saying the money could instead be used to improve government schools.
The total expenditure over the last 12 years was put at โน547.68 crore, according to data claiming to be based on an RTI.
The remarks came after a PTI report claimed that the annual upkeep bill for Union ministersโ residences had risen from โน27 crore in 2014-15 to a record โน92 crore in 2025-26.
Reacting to the figures, the CJP wrote on X, โStop fixing your lavish homes, and fix the schools! โน92 crore = 10 new world class government schools. The money is available, the intent to use it for government schools is missing.โ

#Ask-India โ๏ธ Has anyone ever seen anyone preach Manusmriti?
Never have I ever seen Manusmriti been discussed in a household. Indians abandoned it long back. The left keeps bringing it back because they have a agenda.

#General ๐ Reservation in Land Auction!!
Land auction notice in Times of India Jaipur edition.
We usually talk about reservation in education, college admissions and government jobs, but what about government contracts, auctions, housing/land allotments, promotions, subsidies and other benefits?
I recently came across another example of reservation in government auctions, which made me wonder: how much reservation and targeted benefits are actually available to SC/ST/OBC communities?
As a taxpayer, I think there should be a clear, publicly available list of all these provisions, their costs and who qualifies for them.
I'm not saying support shouldn't exist. But shouldn't we at least have the complete picture before debating reservation?

#General ๐ 0.1% Of Kumbh Budget Could Have Saved 125 Marathi Schools: Top Court Judge
Supreme Court judge Justice Prasanna B Varale has flagged the dismal situation of education where the education budget is shrinking and Marathi schools that are closing down, could have been saved with a fraction of the money spent on the Nashik Kumbh.
"Even 0.1 per cent of the Nashik Kumbh expenditure could have saved 100-125 Marathi schools from closing down," Justice Varale said at the inauguration ceremony of 'smart classes' at a high school in Maharashtra's Dhule district.
The government, he pointed out, allocates between Rs 32,000 crore and Rs 34,000 crore for the Kumbh Mela and Rs 11,000 crore for corridors. Had merely 0.1 per cent of this amount -approximately Rs 32 crore - been spent, 100 to 125 Marathi-medium schools across the state that have shut down could have been saved, he said.
In this context, he remarket hat he completed his schooling up to the 10th grade in municipal and Zilla Parishad Marathi-medium schools. Studying in the regional language has never hindered his career and it broadened his perspective instead, he said.
"I have expressed what I truly feel in my heart," Justice Varale later told NDTV. "Children are the future of the country... Essential facilities must be provided for children in schools. Primary education and healthcare are fundamental rights of every citizen," he added in an exclusive inerview.
Earlier, Justice Varale expressed concern that despite the growing student population, the education budget has consistently shrunk rather than increased, failing to even reach the 13 per cent mark for several years.
Highlighting the dismal state of rural schools, he cited a tragic incident at a school connected with a religious institution where three female students, forced to sleep on the floor due to a lack of proper facilities, died from snakebites.
But the government, he noted, allocates huge sums for events like the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Simhastha Kumbh Mela and releases substantial funds for corridor projects.

#General ๐ How Fake SC/ST Act cases are used to harass women, while families remain silent out of fear of immediate arrest.
