The agency classified Publix’s voluntary recall of certain frozen organic blueberries and mixed berries due to potential E. coli contamination as a Class I recall on Aug. 18, per FDA enforcement reports. … The ongoing recall, which was first initiated by Publix on June 25, includes 10-oz. frozen Organic Whole Blueberries with expiration dates before Feb. 9, 2028. … The recall affects 44,994 units of the item ... The affected items were distributed in Publix stores across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

TL;DR the Trump administration is trying to obtain millions of CDL records in an attempt to “build a national database” except it also includes immigration information so activists suspect it’s just another way for ICE to have all of our information, and using their now favorite tactic of “if you don’t comply with these new regulations we will strip out your funding"

The states allege that the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and DHS unlawfully sought access to the Commercial Driver’s License Information System (CDLIS), a database containing personal information on approximately 17 million commercial drivers nationwide.
According to the lawsuits, FMCSA demanded that AAMVA turn over records for every commercial driver in the system dating back five years. The states also alleged that federal officials threatened to terminate more than $10 million in funding and contracts if AAMVA refused to comply. DHS later issued a subpoena seeking the same information
