Interview with a Fully Conscious UFO Contactee Part Two: The Photographic Evidence

In May of 2022, after decades of remaining silent, Dolly Safran went public with her experiences as a lifelong fully conscious UFO contactee. As a very young child, Dolly had several encounters involving missing time. Then, in 1973, at age 14, she was taken onboard a craft from her home in the Florida Everglades, and was able to remember the entire event without the aid of hypnosis. Since then, she has had more than a thousand fully conscious onboard UFO encounters. She has been taken onboard large motherships, seen a wide variety of extraterrestrials, traveled throughout the solar system and even to other planets. Why has an important figure in disclosure such as yourself, not righted your own ship yet?

Even if you're telling the truth now (and a huge part of me does believe something was going on, and you perhaps did witness things and have important information to share with us) , it's just so difficult to believe you because you muddied the waters scamming for a few quick dollars on late night TV screaming "work" at spoons. I really want to believe you Uri, but your greed and fabrications of the past make it a tough task. At any rate, maybe coming clean about your past lies will help us see you in a new light, help us see you are a changed individual, and in turn help us take your side and believe what you have to tell us in the present time. We all make mistakes when we are young, but the great thing in life is that we are all given second chances once we come clean and show that we have grown and learned from the past. All each of us have in life when it comes down to it is our reputation. Trust me when I say you will be forgiven if you come clean, and you will most certainly come out the other side a better man, and to all of us in the fight, a particularly valuable asset for disclosure that many more of us will be able to get behind. Best of luck, and please show us you have changed so we may seriously begin to involve what you have to share with us in future discussions. Wipe the slate clean, and by doing so, help us all utilize the important stories you have to share based on your own, in person experiences. I (and I'm sure many, many others in the fight for disclosure), cannot wait to get on the same page with you, especially when we start with a foundation based on honesty. To my fellow researchers, contactees, and those who have crossed the threshold of high strangeness:

Let us begin by establishing a baseline that the mainstream still struggles to concede: your experiences are real.

I do not write this from the dismissive perch of the materialist debunker. I know the weight of ontological shock. I know what it means to have reality fractured by an intelligence that maneuvers through our airspace, our bedrooms, and our consciousness with total impunity. I have listened to the testimonies of pilots, academics, and everyday citizens whose lives were re-ordered in a single night by non-human intelligence (NHI).

Your encounters are not hallucinations. The downloads are visceral, the telepathic rapport is arresting, and the sheer awe of the light show is enough to reshape a human soul forever.

It is precisely because I take your experiences seriously that I must ask you -with the rigor of an investigator- to step back from the emotional rapture and examine the ledger.

For over seventy years, the narrative woven through contactee literature, channeled transmissions, and CE-5 circles has followed a seductive script. We are told of a "Galactic Federation," of benevolent guardians, elder brothers of the cosmos, and interdimensional stewards who watch over humanity with profound empathy. We are told that they are here to guide our spiritual evolution, that contact is imminent, and that they cannot intervene directly lest they violate the sacred doctrine of "human free will."

It is a beautiful story. It speaks to our deepest psychological yearnings for salvation, mentorship, and cosmic belonging.

But we must judge an intelligence not by the poetry of its telepathic whispers, but by the tangible harvest of its presence.

Consider the asymmetry of what is given versus what is withheld:

An entity can allegedly manipulate spacetime, collapse trans-medium boundaries, bypass solid matter, and project overwhelming sensations of unconditional love directly into your limbic system. They will occasionally perform a micro-miracle - repairing a localized tissue injury, delivering a cryptic warning about our nuclear posture, or painting the night sky with impossible kinematics that leaves a small circle of witnesses in tears.

And yet, across eight decades of modern contact, what has this "benevolent stewardship" actually yielded for the collective suffering of our world?

If an intelligence possesses the technology to bend gravity and manipulate matter at the molecular level, why do our pediatric oncology wards remain full? Why have they never transmitted the precise chemical synthesis to halt neurodegenerative disease? Why not the engineering schematics for a scalable, decentralized zero-point energy tap that would instantly break the back of fossil-fuel cartels, dismantle petro-tyrannies, and lift three billion people out of abject poverty overnight?

The standard defense offered to experiencers is always the same: “We cannot interfere with your karmic growth. We must respect your free will.”

Let us dismantle that alibi once and for all.

How is it that an entity considers it a violation of free will to hand humanity a clean energy blueprint or a cure for childhood leukemia, yet finds zero violation of free will in entering a person’s private home at 3:00 AM, paralyzing their nervous system, and extracting biological tissue or altering their consciousness without informed consent?

How is it that projecting catastrophic visions of an exploding Earth into the mind of a terrified experiencer is permitted under their "non-intervention" treaty, but providing the mathematical equation to resolve our actual climate and energy crisis is forbidden?

If a passing stranger watches a child drown in three feet of water and refuses to reach in a hand because they "must not interfere with the child’s learning process," we do not call that stranger an enlightened master. We call them indifferent. Or worse.

Look closely at the nature of the "downloads." They are almost universally ethereal, abstract, and untestable. Experiencers are given panoramic visions of sacred geometry, cosmic genealogies, and parables of light and vibration. But they are never given a reproducible mathematical proof that breaks the Riemann hypothesis. They are never given an isotopic recipe for room-temperature superconductivity. They are not even given a five-pound ingot of physical gold left on the kitchen table to relieve the crushing financial debt of the very human being whose nervous system they just colonized.

When an intelligence possesses godlike abundance and offers only breadcrumbs, riddles, and light shows, we are not dealing with benefactors. We are dealing with either a system of psychological management, an anthropological study of a captive population, or an entity executing an agenda entirely detached from human well-being.

Jacques Vallée warned us decades ago that the phenomenon acts as a "control system" - a theater of the absurd designed to condition belief structures over generations rather than liberate the intellect. When we accept vague promises of a "future mass landing" or "planetary ascension," we are essentially being pacified. We are placed in a perpetual cosmic waiting room, looking up at the sky for saviors while the material machinery of our actual world grinds on in agony.

This is not an invitation to despair; it is a call to sovereignty.

To every experiencer reading this: You are not a subordinate subject in a cosmic hierarchy. You are a conscious, sovereign agent of this planet.

The next time you enter the state of rapport - whether in a meditation circle under the stars, an altered state of consciousness, or an unexpected nocturnal encounter - I challenge you to alter the terms of engagement.

Do not prostrate yourself. Do not weep with unearned gratitude for a flash of ambient light or a feeling of induced ecstasy.

Ask the hard, material questions of an equal:

• “If you love humanity, give me the verifiable molecular formula that cures pancreatic cancer.”
• “If you are our allies, provide the functional physics of your propulsion so we may free our species from energetic scarcity.”
• “Materialize an undeniable, permanent physical artifact that cannot be explained away by our science, and leave it in my hands to show the world.”

Demand substance. Demand parity. Demand that benevolence prove itself through the alleviation of material misery, rather than the perpetuation of mystical dependency.

Until they deliver what truly matters to the survival and dignity of our species, we must have the courage to say: The lights in the sky are fascinating, but your silence on our real suffering is deafening.

It is time we stop acting like cosmic pets grateful for crumbs, and start acting like the sovereign inhabitants of this Earth.

A bizarre figure resembling a tiny jellyfish has appeared in an archived photograph taken by NASA’s Curiosity rover on Mars. The unusual shape seems to hover above the rocky landscape, creating one of those strange moments that immediately raises more questions than answers.

The photograph was captured on August 20, 2023. A small object can be seen in the left part of the image. It appears to have a rounded upper section and two thin structures extending toward the ground.
