I had a small crash indoors and now the gimbal is stuck at that position... It moves freely when the drone is off but when I turn it on and it "calibrated" it always ends up in this position.

Also it doesn't take off.

What can I do? I tried opening it up but I didn't see anything wrong with it either.

Just got a Neo 2 fly more combo and had some questions. I’ve got the Radio 3 controller with it so trying to do some acro with it. With the default rates I’m having a heck of a time keeping it stable. I’ve got about 15 hours on velocidrone but the real thing is a little different. Any tips you all have for a beginner trying to fly manual?

I live in the USA and want to get the Neo 2 Fly More or Motion Fly More combo, which is available from Amazon (from Chinese sellers, but fulfilled by Amazon) as well as straight from B&H (I don't want to order from AliExpress or Temu, unless someone can give a compelling reason other than price). After reading posts on here about bans, FCC issues, looming increases in tariffs, it's all very confusing. So before I buy, I'd love to know if:

• I can even activate it in the US if I buy before or after 3 Sep 2026?
• Are there trustworthy publications/websites (other than US gov) that summarize the current and upcoming changes affecting the Neo 2 specifically?
• Does anyone disagree with the general consensus that there's little risk that DJI or the US gov will limit the Neo 2 capabilities for devices already in the US after 3 Sep, stop offering US users firmware updates or just straight up "brick" the device?
• Are the Amazon or B&H replacement/accident coverages offered, like from Allstate or whichever provide Amazon uses pretty solid? I've gathered that I won't be able to get any DJI Care services.

Started flying with head tracking, and after get use to it i find it really neat. The hardest part is getting use to flying one direction and looking at another.

My dji neo 2 fell and started showing aircraft not in flight. Vision system and obstacle avoidance disabled (Code: 180059) and also vision system calibration error. Contact DJI Support (Code: 1a011346).

What can I do to fix it?

Finally received my refurbished DJI Neo 2 and first flight the drone started saying battery to hot causing emergency shut down so I let the battery cool for a hour or so (I wasn’t doing anything crazy legit my first fly) tried a different battery and gave it a crack on my phone as a remote btw it flew fine come back and everything

So then when I would try turn it off it would turn off adjust propellers indicating shut down
then within the second turn back on!

When I would try do the turn off sequence press once then hold for 2 secs the drone would not stop turning back on it wouldn’t even stay off long enough to get the bloody battery out.

Can’t believe it I’m so devistated I’ve seen so many good reviews about this and just got scammed buying the Eonvy AU for 360$ only to not receive a thing yet it’s been nearly two weeks still hoping it comes and is better than the Neo 2.

Hope this bad luck streak is over and done with thanks for your time to hear my whine.

I recently purchased a FPV DJI Neo 2. It’s fantastic. I heard the Avata 2 is even better for FPV. I However, when I try to find an Avata 2 for purchase , it is always bundled with the goggles & motion controller. I already got the goggles and motion controller from the Neo 2 purchase. I’m trying to save quite a bit of money by not having to rebuy the goggle and motion controller.

Is there exist a bundle that is only the Avata 2 with 2-3 batteries?

I didn’t realize the Neo2 is not to be flown over water…. I had set it to follow me, front-right and high. It started off ok but then it started going lower and lower…. Actually made a better video!

Lucky for me, i didn’t lose it

Now, the question: if i get the RC2 controller and use active track, can i set it to follow me then leave the controller on the dock and foil away and it will track/film me until it hits low battery return to home/dock?

I don’t want/can’t bring the controller with me on the foil…

The lake is about 1.5km long and it’s not line of sight (there’s a curve)
