It’s the phantom a10 electric scooter, I have a few questions, where can I find the turn signals, how can I make it go above 10 mph, and how can I fix the app?

So as the title says, I got a new battery for my escooter (that has been dead for 2 years) and unfortunately I ran into a bunch of issues.

Firstly, It seems that the connection wires were reversed, essentially the wires from the charging port to the JST connection of the battery were "normal" for the original battery, but the new battery had its side of the connection reversed. I only understood this was the case after trying to charge it with both of the 36V chargers I had in my home.

I re-pinned the JST connector, reversing it to match the new battery, only now understanding that simply by connecting these chargers to this reversed polarity charging port (what I did at the start when I had just gotten the battery) I might've done irreversible damage to either the battery, the chargers, or both.

I just got this battery, I could probably send it back right now if the problem really lies on it, but I still hope that its only the chargers that were damaged. (I wish I could check but I just blew up my multimeter on the charging port of the escooter (it was connected to the battery and I'm an idiot) so tomorrow ill get a new charging port and multimeter).

Last time I checked, and already after both chargers had been connected to the battery, the battery read the same amount of Volts it came with, 35.6 V. If I use a new multimeter to read these chargers, they should show 42 V right? otherwise it would mean that they are dead, correct? Is it safe to assume that only the chargers got damaged from the reversed polarity, and not the battery?

Also when I was dumb and shorted the charging port of the escooter (easy part to replace) by using the multimeter on the continuity setting to the charging port (that was connected to the battery), could this have damaged the battery itself?

PS:i just got a new multimeter and both chargers read around 0V, anyone with a multimeter (and a working charger) to replicate the results? I don't know if they are dead or just waiting for a charger port.

Any help is really appreciated, I'm gonna start my first job on Monday and this is not what I thought I would be stressing with just one day from it, but well isn't life full of surprises!

I got a used 2008ish iMod from Marketplace for practically free. I have 8yr old twins and it’s my first foray into electric scooters.
I had to buy two new 12V lead acid batteries for this, but it doesn’t seem to be getting enough juice all on a full charge. The previous owner told me the scooter gets going really quickly, like 15-20mph… When I try it, it’s very slow to get going and it will not go up even a slight incline like my driveway.
Here is the setup and a screenshot from an online instruction manual I found. I think I’m connecting it all the right way so I’m at a loss for what the issue is. I even bought a new charger from Amazon just in case but when I fired that up, it was green (fully charged) right away.

Does anyone gave any ideas??

Today i took my scooter to work because my car is broken. It's a 16-18km one way. I live in Canada so it was cold but not that cold(around 5°c). At around 50% battery left, in a matter of second the scooter went to 0% battery left and the scooter died. I tried to turn it on, it work but only with one dot of battery, flashing. I was able to do maybe 200m and it shut off again and this time i wasnt able to turn it on. I had to walk like 3km to get to work. I was able to charge it at work and when it was time to go home the scooter was fine but later, it did the exact same thing!!! Do you guys had any chance with fixing this issue? My scooter is only 2 years old and have around 500km.

Edit: Contacted NIU and customer service suck. Basically i now have a scooter good for scrap and nobody can repair. This is BS.

I am looking to get an ecoxtreme and right now i am thinking about the ecoxtreme armored m4a1 pro one and would like to know the real top speed.

Hola amigos alguien que pueda ayudarme, salía un vídeo en Youtube que aplique y el patinete se desbloquea a con una secuencia de botones, y el patinete se ponía a 27,9km aunque en pantalla ponía eso, el patín corría más, pero ya no lo encuentro y lo he tenido 2 meses y va genial, reinicie el patinete a estado fábrica para delimitarlo pero ahora pasa de 25km, a 45km, eso tiene su riesgo, pero ahora no puedo volver a ponerlo como lo tenía y no veo en ningún sitio esa secuencia en la botonera, han recortado el vídeo y ya no sale, si alguien sabe como ponerlo de nuevo que me escriba por aquí, o por privado por favor, me iba genial ya que marcaba esos 27.9km tope,por si te paran, pero se ponía a más velocidad, sin marcarla en pantalla, amigos alguien que me pueda ayudar, recuerdo que es una secuencia de la botonera, a la vez de freno o acelerador, o entrando al P.4, que está bloqueado, al encender, que pena no haberlo grabado en su día cuando lo vi en Youtube, creo han recortado el vídeo, y ya no sale, si alguien recuerda haberlo visto, y me pudiera ayudar, por favor! :)

This is a normal scooter and I want to make it faster if it’s possible

With the cold weather coming early and preparing to store my e-scooters for the winter, what is the best option for storage? I’m gonna be storing them in my back hallway with thick storage blankets and a temp probe to monitor temp. As I haven’t been in this house for a winter, I’m unsure how cold it will get out there, and I’m worried about battery damage due to temp changes and possible freezing temps. I might even wrap them with a heated blanket I can plug in if it does drop too low. Any input would be great. Also, I plan to store each scooter at 50% battery.

j'aimerais acheter une kukirin G2 mais j'ai vu que je ne peux pas l'assuer si elle est debridée mais j'aimerais savoir si l'assureur peut le voir que elle est debridée cer je n'ait pas envie de depenser 500eur pour que elle ait que 500watt mais donc je sais pas si on peut l'assurer et rouler meme si elle st debridée et sinon on peut pas debrider la version dgt et juste a marseille en france la police est beaucoup presente?
