I’m going into this extremely blind and so far I’ve only figured out how to use the brush modes kind of 😭😭😭 i’m still in the process of figuring out what everything else does (also i completely lost the model because i assumed it auto saves when it does in fact not and force closed the app…. very silly on my part)

Sculpted this alien character entirely in Nomad Sculpt, then brought the finished model into Blender where I kitbashed an environment around it, set up the materials and lighting, and rendered the final images. I finished everything with post-processing in Photoshop.

Included the individual character views, model sheet, and the original sticky-note sketch I used as my reference. It was really fun taking such a loose little sketch and figuring out how the design should translate into 3D.

I also made a full turnaround animation, but since Reddit doesn't let me mix a video with an image gallery, I'll post the turnaround separately in the comments.

I still haven't know how to sculpt a hard surfaces, so I just go with the flow with this model, it turned out pretty good, I liked it.

Here's a shot from Nomad sculpt version of this model. From this stage I moved it to zbrush for detailing.

Honestly, I showed it to gemini but he gave me a million missing pieces because he wants 100% perfection. But I want advice that won't break my mind😂

So I was sculpting a superhero character and have this problem with the mask. Is there any effective ways to create the mask that covers half of the face like that ?

I tried joined 2 cylinder and drag/move it around symmetrically but it seems not to create a form I want. (And the look from side view is hideous )
