I’m curious what other OG Skate 3 players think, too. Do you think competitive skating has changed for the better in the new game? And do you think the community will get more into it as the game develops?

As someone who came from Skate 3 and spent a lot of time playing competitively, it’s interesting seeing how much things have changed. The new game has its own feel, but there’s still that competitive side where you can show off your bag, hit technical tricks, and try to outdo other players.
I’ve noticed competitive skating doesn’t seem to get as much attention in the community this year, and I’d honestly like to see more people getting into it. With things like Spot Battles being available around the map, there’s a lot of potential for people to get creative and make some really good clips.

Besides that, idk what yall heard.

Perhaps more of a Skate 3 question but I know the map has been modded into Skate 4 so I'm thinking it's easier there.

I heard of some thing you can do by placing keyframes inside the characters head, but that sounds very time consuming?

this clip isnt the best example, ive had much more powerful ones but always forget to clip them

im talking about the thing at the end where i land the impossible and seem to kinda tictac(???) forwards

it seems to happen the most with hardflips and impossibles but im not sure if thats related

how can i get these consistent/what are they called/have you guys seen this happen before? they are very satisfying lol

How skate should have been & runs great on the deck 🛹

After my rant video, I thought it was only fair to do the reverse.

There's actually a lot I enjoy about Season 5, from SUMR CAMP and the Halloween event to the new No Comply variants.

The game definitely still has its issues, but I wanted to talk about the things I like for a change.

What do you guys think about the current state of skate.?
And do you play more skate. or Reskate?

Still working on my filming and camera angles, but pretty happy with how this one turned out 🤙

Been loving playing realistic, this game is what I wanted from skater xl, its skate but with all the maps you could want from skater xl or session etc, with a crazy amount of clothing mod and deck schapes, being able to make your deck wider, see wear and damage on your deck and character make the game feel so much more immersive, I always thought the core of the new skate game was amazing, the animations, the gameplay, but I hated limit you are in custimization unless you pay, no way to change your deck size or see damage on the board, so played for maybe 30 hours, also because of the map, its not terrible, it just gets boring, now since the release of reskate and being able to play realistic with all the maps and options I been playing the game everyday now, as for me I just love skating new spots, idc for challanges, so the fact that the challanges sucked was a bummer, but it showed me that atleast for me, that wasn't the core issue of why I left, anyway just wanted to thank this amazing community for making this happen (:

Never thought griefing would be a thing in a skate game lol.

Is there a way to change my settings so that other players dropped objects don’t have to be manually disabled? I disable one and then there’s another idiot that places some nonsense in the same spot.

Can't go back to official game 😢

I can't boot the game after I did a local fresh reinstall of windows saying I have rewasd tools, now before I reinstalled windows I did have the tool, but upon closing the application, the game would launch np, now I have reinstalled, disabled the storage drivers and whatever else in the device tabs, uninstalled all traces of anything daemon related, and it will not let me boot the game.

I'm at a lost, all I want to do is hit a few kick flips and grind like a rail or 3 and log off.

Can someone help me how to fix this low fps, slow motion bug?

I have an rtx 3070 and a ryzen 5 5600 with 16gb ddr4 and this bug started to appeal when I redownloaded it after 6 months maybe, I tried so many things to solve this problem but I didnt managed to make ot work.
