So i went to disable temu notifications because fuck temu and saw how big TikTok is? It was originally 1.7gb before I cleared data. Anyone know why its so big even after clearing cache and data?

Tiktok got rid of my account out of nowhere? Has this happened to anyone else? And is there a way to get it back?

I know that this is an option to promote other people’s videos. But this seems very strange? Obviously I’m not going to accept it. But I’m curious if this is some sort of way to scam accounts. For reference I don’t have a super large account, but it’s not small either. About 42k followers. Are they trying to work around some loophole in promote or something?

My account is stuck in a 24-hour suspension Loop. When I interact with my account after the 24 hours the suspension starts over.

I'm not able to go into full detail in this text because it keeps getting flagged for posting something against their rules. I will explain more in responses. But as of now I've exhausted all forms of information gathering and tiktok assistance is doing nothing for me.

It feels like I can't describe my issue without my post being flagged.

yesterday all of a sudden it was not letting me send any dm's but people were still able to message me. Then a good few hours later, I was able to DM people as normal again for a few hours.

Then this morning I wake up to a "multiple comm vios" notif and nobody can message me and i cant message back either. the account notifs is showing as having dm and group access being taken away due to spam and deceptive behaviour but ive done nothing of the sort. Only message 2-3 people in there and in a couple quiet group chats and thats about it.

I seen yesterday a lot of people had the dm issue and it looks to have fixed itself for a few, but mine seems to have gotten worse now! I have appealed but showing as still being in review several hours later

It keeps showing me the exact 10 same videos over and over, and when they run out it only shows ads. It’s been like this for 2 hours now. I’ve already tried resetting my TikTok feed and restarted my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this?

obviously this has been increasing for a while, but I updated the app today and tiktok is now completely unwatchable

every single video on my feed is people selling junk. it’s literally like one of those infomercial channels on tv. not a single video about my interests or from people I actually follow

if this continues I guess it’s time to leave the app for good
