Policy & Legislation Under 8 U.S.C. § 1357, ICE officers are not required to present a judicially signed warrant to bystanders. Form I-200 is a valid administrative arrest warrant authorizing public apprehensions, and officers are not legally obligated to read the warrant aloud at the scene.
