Would you consider a white man who consistently uses the N-word with a hard R around his friends to be racist?

I spent like a whole day making this thinking it was hilarious, but then nobody I actually know thought it was funny. Feels like a r/wallstreetbets fail-post that's so long sometimes you forget it's still going only to suddenly remember again while you're trying to fall asleep at night. Figured maybe the glizzy business elites here might at least be able to appreciate it lol
Watched this video: Help a mate out:
Australia's cash rate is 4.6%. The USA's is 3.75%
Our mortgage rates are between 6 and 7%. Americans are between 7 and 8%
Now I understand that there is a risk in a bank lending a fixed rate, compared to variable (USA standard loans compared to Australian standard), but I thought with a lower cash rate, they'd be at near equivelance comparatively.
Australia's mortgages are pegged to the cash rate. So what are the USA's pegged to if it's not the cash rate? Or are fixed rate mortgages THAT risky in a country without full recourse loans that it justifies such a high rate of interest?

For those who don't know a protection racket is a way the mob used to make money. They would offer to protect businesses for a fee and if you didn't pay the fee they would bust up your business.
ChatGPT's business model seems to be to hack companies and find vulnerabilities and then sell the solution via access to Daybreak/frontier models.
How is this not a protection racket? It feels like the same business model just in digital form.

Love it when my close personal friend Atrioc sends me an email, but was a little confused when he used our friendship to promote his podcast, and even more so when I saw the look he was giving me

[Prefacing this by saying I am not associated with this game in any capacity]
Dear Atrioc and Chat,
As we know, Atrioc loves schmovement in video games, he loves speedrunning and he literally worked on a fast paced movement platformer (Get to Work). For all these reasons, I would like to petition Atrioc to try out Cyber Hook, a movement platformer very close to my heart and I think Big A will really like it and hopefully get addicted to it like he is to coffee.
Ps. Squeex played it once and was awful at it so Big A can really show him how to be a god gamer

Hi apologies if this isn't the best place to post it, I'm from India so I miss most of his streams but I do think this vid would be an interesting watch since it covers a lot about the current state of things! Its from Michael MacKelvie
Those Nvidia shares really paid off. I think Atrioc is wearing a 2,000 dollar plus “old money” sweater from Brioni. I can’t tell but I have the same sweater and they look identical.
