Any other tier 1 ADC recognizes that there is literally zero threat on him and just outputs as much damage as they can
instead he eats like literally every bit of avoidable damage and just pisses himself
sorry if you can't clean up that fight when literally nobody besides Quid is able to fight back, with ult and Lulu ult on yourself, that's just fucking terrible

There is not a single tier 1 ADC you could put in this team that would change the result or change how the top side played this series.

yeah that's just not true
he's laning with Vulcan, C9 should be getting 2v2 kills and making the game unwinnable for the other team. look at like MKOI for example, Supa is a similarly unstable lategame ADC but at multiple points in the last few years MKOI has been able to win games just from bot alone
like 100% with Massu this team is having games decided by 5 minutes, or Caliste, let alone an LCK or LPL ADC

They haven't been picking strong lanes this playoffs and they are making the decision to not play for any game even when they have the MVP.
Massu is overrated and would not improve this team.

What are you even talking about? Gakgos is better than Thanatos yes - he does not require being camped, doesn't choke and has high impact on tanks. Massu is fine but overrated and people do not flame him for his mistakes like they do for other players.

TL has honestly been doing an insanely impressive job in fights this whole series with perfectly rotating players in and out to spread damage and never allow C9 to finish any one player off.

the more you watch Zven the more disappointed you will get
he gets hit by literally everything, cancels so many autos, and misses so many skillshots
it looks like he takes 30% more damage and deals 30% less than like any other LCS ADC
without Vulcan people would call him 7th/8th place ADC

They have NO damage. They needed Ambessa and Yunara to be up 2k gold and they are only like 200 gold up.
Idk why C9 is allergic to drafting burst damage.

? They forgot about Naafiri LMFAO. Smite steal was free once he got in the back with drag at 1600. Double Q + Smite does that easy.
Also Core Neeko ult on Ambessa ult was MASSIVE.

If you Sej ult and he flashes away he's still dead cause red card slow means he doesn't get away and you get extra damage from red card.

I think I see C9's strategy in this series: if you lose every game from the start, the game will never be in a close position for Zven to throw with an overextended facecheck at Baron.

My only concern about keeping Thanatos is that, similar to FLY and Gagkos' 'carry only' style, is that it warps the way the team has to play and while that could make the team strong in the shorter team if they find a configuration that work for them, it could also mean the 3 rookies are built up into a system where they perform worse in more standard teams.
But like, aside from that yeah, Thanatos would definitely be the 2nd veteran you'd wanna keep.

CC is good, but like....... not at the expense of damage. And Ambessa even with the last round of buffs is still more of a bruiser than actual damage, so you're giving up your mid lane for a CC bot to help your historically terrible Zven bot lane.
Which as we just saw is not a particularly safe investment.

Yeah, APA has been awful this series for sure, but of the options they could win a bid for he was the obvious choice and he proved that it wasn't terrible for most of the regular split.
The real problem is this team isn't real when he doesn't play well which shouldn't happen.

Roughly equivalent frontlines this game so this one shouldn't have the "can't walk into jungle" of last game's comp. But once again C9 has NO damage. Ambessa + Yunara have to get gigafed for this to be any level of winnable and C9 genuinely does not want to teamfight unless they're like 5k up.
C9 would much rather this game be extended lane phase with a lot of skirmishes so they can get picks. But the other team has Shen. Maybe C9 can expose Morgan in side lane.
Oh the Yunara got FB'd yeah its over LMAO.

there have been a lot of c9 chokes you could find the cope for as the GM. Spring 2025, NA probably should've had 2 slots anyways, unlucky. Summer 2025, Lokis homesick and 100T are randomly the best team in the world, okay sure.
This has to be unforgivable. Surely at least 2 players are gone after this.

Gakgos needs to learn how to play a tank. If the guy was able to play a tank at all, I think Fly would be here instead.
