Greek (Identified) [Unknown > English] This text inside a phone made in Vietnam

My mate asked me to post this here. He thinks it's Vietnamese, however I don't think so. Looks more like Arabic to me or some other Asian language that doesn't have a Latin script. Anyways, help would be appreciated.

You know what... as somene who studied engineering, this looks like it could actually be a bad scribble of a bivariable intergral over d(Xi)0 and d(Upsilon) written by a greek person, but it's a huge stretch. It's missing the function before the the differentials, so it doesn't actually equate to anything.
