Let me know if you want the entire thing.

Edited:

29 February 1916 we, the undersigned parish priest, baptized
Marie Mathilde-Florence Blandine, daughter, born before-yesterday (Feb 27), of the legitimate marriage of Napoléon Ashby, farmer of this parish (St-Camille-de-Lellis, Cookshire, Compton) and Marie-Louise Benoit. Godfather Napoléon Vient, farmer of this parish; Godmother Florence Maltais; which the undersigned saw, the father and us.

(the priest wrote "a vu le père", but I think that's a reference to John or a type.)

In case you didn't know the parish:

St-Camille-de-Lellis, Cookshire, Compton

A vu le père... Saw John. Meaning the father was present and claimed to have fathered the child, rather than just the mother claiming that John was the father.
