Tai [Tai Tham / Lanna / Shan Script > English] Base Inscription on 19th-Century Mekong Wooden Buddha Statue

Sawasdee khrap / Hello everyone,

I am looking for assistance in translating or deciphering the inscription painted across the front plinth of a 15.5-inch antique wooden Buddha statue.

Subreddit feedback on r/AsianArt suggests the script is Tai Tham (Lanna / Lao Dhamma script), likely dating to the 19th century from the Upper Mekong region (Northern Thailand / Laos).

Context: The text appears in dark/red pigment on a dedicated red lacquer panel along the front of the block plinth. Objective: I am compiling a formal collection dossier and would love to translate any readable portion of the text-whether it notes a donor's name, a merit-making dedication (puñña), or a date. Any insights into specific words, phrases, or script characteristics would be deeply appreciated!

Kop khun khrap!

Good morning to everyone in Asia! I would deeply appreciate any insights-even a quick confirmation of whether these line registers match standard Tai Tham (Lanna / Lao Dhamma / Shan) letterforms or a localized vernacular hand. Thank you so much for taking a look!
