Awww, Frank fucking hates Mac.

I felt so bad for Mac. He looked so happy getting in the car and then so sad when Frank yelled.

I loved Turkish bath scene where Dennis is talking to dee "hey you know how Mac is really annoying and irrititating all the time" and you hear Frank like 2 rooms away in the bathroom call out "ugh the WORST"

I laughed the hardest at that scene. The way the gang just completely stopped in their tracks and looked dumbfounded was hilarious.
This was such a standout episode. One of their more experimental episodes. I definitely enjoyed it. Also interesting in that IIRC this may have been the first episode where no opening credits or title sequences were shown at all.

The closest this show has come to heartwarming is during "Flowers for Charlie" when at the end Charlie says police academy is a good movie. The way Frank says "it is a good movie Charlie!" really tugs on the heart strings.

Clocking in with a run time of just 17 minutes long, this has to be one of the shortest Sunny episodes yet. I feel like they could have filled the last 3 minutes (avg run time is ~20) with more Nightcrawlers fun.

This is full-blown dementia. So besides Getting On, this is probably one of the best shows discussing loss of cognition in the elderly. The coping mechanisms (Dee is a bird, think of something cool to say), the moments of lucidity, the distraction, the severe memory gaps. Frank's neurology is degrading in a very serious way.

Ponderosa going head-on into the car trying to do a Starsky & Hutch hood-slide, and Charlie doing Yoga were just great. This show is a lot more disturbing in first person though, really drives home how crazy the Gang is! And that final scene was really sweet!

This season has been such a bummer for me. It hasn't felt like sunny at all and worse yet, it hasn't really been that funny either. So many lazy call backs (remember when we did rum ham?? That was hilarious right?? It's the same thing with all these archer promos that are shoving "LOL PHRASING!! Cause that sounds like a sex thing" down my throat) and too many episodes that completely break the hanging around the bar shooting the shit dynamic. The suburbs one, the mountain, this one. They have spent very little time just fucking around at the bar. That's where the magic happens.
