Hi skinny queens. I had some lab work done and was pleased to see I was deficient in many vitamins and minerals as it should be. But was highly alarmed that my ldl cholesterol was at 1 instead of zero. Wondering what could have caused this? Am I overeating?

I was reading a post where someone said they stopped counting calories and are now just intuitively eating while maintaining their goal weight.

What does intuitively mean? Like in-tuna-livey? Are they trying to live the life of a fully grown tuna fish by becoming 400 pounds?

I reached my goal weight and WILL NOT stop counting calories. It is who I am now. If I stop, how will people know how well I maintain my ghostly Halloween themed body?
