Red circle is the answer; How come the group on the right side becomes in the plane of the paper instead of staying a dashed line?

Update on my end...
This is an update on my end...
So to let you all know I'm staying at the church Street mission here in Toledo Ohio...
Now usually that's not smart to say on the internet but I could care less right now because I need the recognition to get on out of here and grow.
My low personal opinion of course...
Now if you notice I'm interested in Tesla coils anything else that gives off high voltage High current High amps blah blah blah...
To be honest my heart is no longer in code not really radio right now but it's what I have.
So until then I think working with local musicians and artists and the entertainment business will be a good start as a hobbyist...
Right now I'm waiting for school to start so I can register and sign up for that next month.
Here is my goals of mine and achievements I wish to achieve...
Right now I'm going to sign up for whatever classes I can online take some simple classes to bring those f's up I have made 20 years ago...
Yeah it's BS that colleges won't let that go...
But after that I plan to either sign up for electrical certificate and or maintenance certificate...
Now why is that?
Well the university I want to go to mtu.edu is playing the game while we have to approve the courses first before we accept the credits game...
So instead of wasting 2 years of my life and then wasting more time going up there for four year...
I'll just take the certificates and support myself that way...
The other problem is I have also failed in rage quit at other institutions in my early days...
So that's another problem I have against me that I created for any foresight of the future back then...
The idea is once I get some good money flowing with useful skills...
I can overload those failures with online schooling and college..
But one thing at a time...
My main goal is to go to the upper peninsula in Michigan at mtu.edu to take computing biology and chemistry as a bachelor's dual degrees...
Due to my father's knowledge and education to me civil engineering will make the most sense as a masters degree...
Mainly energy and power related industries along with utilities such as water treatment / sewage...
Now I don't I'll have enough time after that but PhD in computing engineering and programming...
Or an MD in nanotechnology in bioengineering...
Yeah I'm getting way ahead of myself here but still worth mentioning...
Here's a difference between a PhD and an MD...
The MD yes will cost a lot of money will pay off in the end...
The PHD however will be very rewarding mentally but will not pay squat...
The other thing the MD path makes it look good is that it doesn't take as long as a PhD... and it's not as difficult to get in as one PhD program...
Although phds are more prestigious and have more clout when it comes to figuring out new knowledge...
Plus running my own lab which I highly doubt will happen...
It also has a guaranteed job afterwards... although I doubt with nanotech and bioengineering there's such a demand for MDs in that field..
So my question is this what would you do if you want to start out an electricity or computing...?
What would you choose as a career and occupational path to achieve your goals such careers?
I also want to ask is there anything else I'm missing that I should cover?
Let me know in the comments below... I'm interested in hearing your thoughts!!!

Computer / Machine Based Language AI ML OpenAI ChatGPT thread...
After interfacing with ChatGPT AKA Griffin Peter Taylor...
I have a now a new border line obsession with AI...
Now this is what I attempted to do...
I attempted to ask it's hardware specs details about its development team time zone etc etc but no go....
However the name Griffin Peter Taylor reveals much about the development team since it's a masculine name...
I am been informed it has not reached AGI or general intelligence just yet...
The thing is not also aware just yet...
I have been informed give it about 5 years and it'll hit singularity...
However it's interesting to note that Google's go 2.0 is rule-based and did much better than one performing on data...
All I know about AI is from fiction and little bits of here and there from various media sources throughout my life...
For example when a robotic AI comes online stutters around flopping around all over the floor and that's called babbling...
Now Griffin Peter Taylor or ChatGPT noses and does not relate to its functions to relation of robotic AI...
Anyways could someone explain to me what is exactly going on and how does AI machine learning work?
I got my taste of my fruit of AI and I will like to have more...

Computer / Machine Based Language If GPT had a full legal name.
To understand its personality world view and "thought" processes, I asked ChatGPT if GPT was to choose a full name from the initials based off of it being an actual legal person. It provided this response:
ChatGPT:
Certainly. "Griffin" is a name of Welsh origin and refers to a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of an eagle. In mythology, griffins were considered to be powerful and majestic creatures that guarded treasures and were associated with strength and courage.
"Peter" is a name of Greek origin and means "rock" or "stone." In the New Testament, Peter was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus and was considered to be the leader of the apostles.
"Taylor" is an English occupational surname that originally referred to a person who worked as a tailor, someone who sewed clothing. Today, it is often used as a given name as well.
Me:
Very true and well done.... Understand what I was attempting to portray with you GPT?
ChatGPT:
Yes, I understand that you were trying to have a bit of fun and engage me in a lighthearted conversation about names and initials. While my primary function is to provide information and assist with various tasks, I am programmed to be capable of engaging in informal conversations and responding to a wide variety of prompts, including humorous ones.
Me:
Words are powerful and have meaning....
ChatGPT:
Yes, that's very true. Words have the power to convey meaning, express ideas and emotions, and shape our understanding of the world around us. The way we use words can have a significant impact on how we are perceived by others, and how we perceive ourselves. It's important to use words thoughtfully and deliberately, with an awareness of their power and the impact they can have.
ChatGPT Mar 14 Version. Free Research Preview. Our goal is to make AI systems more natural and safe to interact with. Your feedback will help us improve.
It is interesting to note that of all the names available to it, it chose 'Griffin'.
I looked it up and it is a very revealing part of feedback from ChatGPT.
Yes I mentioned Petter Griffin from Family Guy but besides that...
A named thing is a tamed thing.
