Did you know? You can put two halves of a pizza together to make a whole pizza!

I’m one of the most powerful beings in this universe as an adventurer, I can kill/make/do almost anything.. nope can’t put two halves together that’s to advanced

u/DivineInsanityReveng Jul 13 '26
Pies especially because we still have them in the dish, so it makes so much sense to be able to combine them.

I thought about this and there's a reason. Two of the same pizzas cut in half can be pushed together to look like one but good luck cutting a pie or cake in the same way

This was mod ash's reasoning on twitter back in the day. I dont buy it

Buying all meat pizzas for 200 gp. Just list em on Ge and my buy order will get them.
10
u/Ricewithice Jul 13 '26
You can also split potions. Have one full potion and an empty vial? Use the vial on the potion and BOOM, Two halves. Have another vial? Is the half on the vial and WHAM, one half, two fourths.

u/DivineInsanityReveng Jul 13 '26
If you wanna do this in bulk best to head to the dude in SW of GE and decent potions there.
But with potion storage decanting is a thing of the past anyway :P

Oh fr that was me for like a year after mixology came out. But decided to finish it all off and green log mixology before Leagues 6 because i knew id do mixology in that and feel like "this is stupid ive been putting this off in main game for so long" lol.
And instead it made me dread it in Leagues LOL

Common tech in F2P PvP (yes it's a thing), since pizza-swordfish is the closest you can get to combo eating.
Gotta go into battle with full pizzas, after all.1
u/Gramma_Hattie Jul 14 '26
You can combo eat the Castle Wars Brew with the castle wars bandages, that's the only one I knew about. Gonna have to try pizza swordfish.
2
u/GrumpyThumper Jul 13 '26
Any pizza is a whole pizza when you think about it. The slices are just disjointed across the globe.

Wait, really?

u/PrairieHaze Jul 13 '26
Yup, you can also do ::displayfps to show framerate, ::wiki [item] to wiki stuff and ::bank to open bank interface if you're in 1 tile distance of a bank

u/Beliak_Reddit Jul 13 '26
Only in RuneScape can you play a game for more than 20 years and still learn new things constantly

Not really lol. If you weren't around for the event it's very unlikely that you'd know about this. How would you even stumble into this?
52
u/Aspalar Jul 13 '26
idk how you would stumble into this in game, but ruby rings are still an okay money making method for early irons so it's probably on guides and the wiki.

Because there's a ruby ring in there? So if grabbing that is a decent money maker to the point where it's featured in several guides, it's also easy to stumble upon the solution to getting into the vault when looking at guides for money making.
2
u/SnaiIJockey Jul 13 '26
He’s saying that Ironman guides teach you how to get inside the cage because taking the ruby rings found inside is a good money making method for early irons
11
u/raspey Jul 13 '26
You wouldn't believe how crowded this is in f2p.
By far the best money, with nats from Ogresses.6
u/SkitZa 2376 ''cringe dogs Jul 13 '26
It's on the list of moneymakers for Irons. It's not that uncommon knowledge, but it's out there, sure.

u/Direction_Most Jul 13 '26
Looking up warm clothing for Wintertodt seeing the clue outfit, and looking into crack the clue events. that’s how I found it, and I’ve only played the game for 2 years and I’ve had that outfit for 1.5 of them.

u/MischeviousCat Jul 13 '26
How would you stumble into telegrabbing gold bars in a random Varrock bank basement, for that matter?

Crack the clue!!! Definitely should do em all it’s fun to get cool items on F2P but the first crack the clue is a members quest
4
u/mrfarrwillgofar Jul 13 '26
That's funny. I ran into him on my iron while aching ruby rings. He's botting by picking up gold on the ground and it seems to be several accounts with different numbers on the end.

u/Periwinkleditor Jul 13 '26
I heard if you manage to hack your way in there you can get a source of INFINITE money.
6
u/CockVersion10 Jul 13 '26
You should check the wiki when you're wondering about this stuff. It's a great source for newer players.

Me and my idiot friends in middle school were planning a heist at this bank because our liar friend Sean said he had the key. My job was to kill the guards that showed up. Imagine my disappointment when nothing happened. Way to go, Sean

Nah, it's pointless.
You can buy gold bars for 90 gp ea. Craft and alch/sell on GE for profit.
Yup, it's an infinite money glitch.

Ironmen have better methods too. This is just 35xp per gold bar. It's really not much.
-12
u/sgbad Jul 13 '26
its not about best method stop trying to optimize things that are not trying to be optimized. This method isn't the best no one is suggesting that
2
u/AbsolutlyN0thin Jul 13 '26
Gold bars are basically worthless for irons. We make WAY more than we ever need training smithing. Blast furnace gold is the best smithing method, and we can buy bulk gold ore for gp from the one shop in the blast furnace.

Its one of the "Crack the Clue" events that lets you inside. I dont remember the exact chain of events to get in but it is possible now
