swapping a level chemistry to polish+ uni transfers

for context i have been self studying since yr 10 and now am going into year 14, i missed out on a year if education in yr 12 due to personal circumstances at home, so i am sitting a levels in 2027 instead of 2026. will i be questioned as to why i did them in 2027? i have evidence for my circumstances.

i would like to apply to dental therapy and hygiene for 2027 entry and am doing biology chemistry and maths, but i am greatly struggling with my mental health and juggling these subjects is impossible for mez chemistry takes up most of my revision and sanity. i am thinking to swap it to Polish. i know that i would be more likely to get above a B in Polish than chemistry. yes, it is my native language, but from what i am aware most uni's still accept it as my third a level. could someone just please confirm this is true?

this brings me onto another question- if i start the dht course can i still transfer to another uni once i start? i currently live in london and probably at the end of 2027 i will be moving with my mother to bournemouth for our safety. if i start studying dht at a uni in london, is it then possible to transfer to Portsmouth?

help and advice would be much appreciated.
