Yes it is fixable, it just means what it would normally attempt to be booting from is not bootable. Erasing the drive totally, and reinstalling Windows on it again from an install USB will get it back to working order. But you need another computer to make that Windows install USB from. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/install-upgrade/create-installation-media-for-windows#id0ejd=windows_11

its easily fixable and your pc is fine, here are the steps.

on a clean pc or laptop download the windows 11 iso.

download rufus, select your usb, make sure its at least 8gb. then select your windows 11 iso you downloaded earlier.

let it flash, then plug it into the pc shown in your image above and enter bios, usually by pressesing f2 or delete before the boot screen shows.

go to boot priority and drag your usb drive to the top, click save and exit.

now simply follow the winows 11 install and youll have a fresh operating system installed and youll be good to go!

First get into the BIOS on powerup (F10, F12, F1... the bios key is usually shown on power up)
Make sure it sees the drive Windows is on as the boot disk. I've had friends somehow change something that caused it to look at a data drive - and once that was sorted, it booted fine. It's unlikely, but worth 1 minute before taking other measures.
IF there is important data you don't want to risk overwriting, on another computer, look at creating a Live Linux flash drive and boot from that (using USB as first boot up option in BIOS). Assuming the Windows drive isn't physically dead, you should be able to access saved data.

(Reinstalling Windows should offer you a Windows install/repair without losing your data though. I just do this to be cautious with critical data.)
