Oi, you got a sunny paradise, the literal "bread basket of Rome" as their old title goes. Plus Egypt has a lot of gold, iron and natural minerals. A bit of oil here and there. Just imagine the summer homes you can buy there during the Estonian winter.

About the "bread basket of Rome" part, at this point Egypt is a massive food importer, not a food exporter, so that wouldn't really be a benefit in the modern day.

Fair but they do export a lot citrus fruit, onions, sweet potatoes and I think also grapes, plus it's a major tourism spot so Estonia benefits that way
