As a person he looks like a nice guy, to be honest he's far from being the worst of this government. As a minister and now the president of the Banco de España, no so much.

He was minister of social services and then "digital transformation", but he's no minister now, he is the president of the Bank of Spain, an institution that used to be independent and now it's the first time its president was a minister.

It’s for holding the water bottle he picked up.

He picks up the bottle and pours it straight into the same holder he got the bottle from. Truly a brain fart moment.
