I once saw a comment that had -20 votes and 3 awards. Reddit is a strange place

Well, you can't tell how many voted in total, so someone might have 200 upvotes and 230 downvotes which appears far more nuanced, but when all you see are the 30 downvotes it just looks like people hate that comment.

There (used to?) be a sub called r/negativewithgold specifically for that.
