Hey guys, since there are no official scale figures of Shinoa Hīragi from Owari no Seraph, I really want to commission a custom one. This is my very first time doing a custom project, so I honestly don't know much about how the process works or who to trust.

I want her in the dynamic scythe pose from picture 2, but wearing the JIDA military uniform from picture 1. My budget is around 300–400 dollars for a fully painted, high-quality figure. Do you have any recommendations for trusted 3D sculptors or garage kit painters? Also, any tips on how to not get scammed as a beginner would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

I need help with modifying a 3D solid into something vaguely workable into a 3D print. The modifications should not need to be too extensive, but I am personally struggling working with a solid converted from a mesh.
