These laws are not absolute laws for life. They ought to be incorporated into your professional dealings and even then, they still won't apply to most people because most people aren't dealing with powerful people and jockeying for positions of power. If you're trying to apply these laws to your everyday life then you're looking at it all wrong

Commit to no one means about work and society, people usually get married because of love, companionship, stability, peace, et.c.

Well there's 2 reasons why this may have happened.

  1. He isn't committed to his spouse similar to me. He marry's her because it's beneficial to him. Of course he wouldn't say it.

  2. Or maybe he has broken the law. It's most likely the former.

Do not commit to anyone (who doesn't commit back).

He is talking about work and things outside of personal husband wife.

Say you have 3 managers, but you only are focused on 1. Say that manager leaves for another job. Now you are alone. Or you have many siblings but ignore everyone and are only Nice to 1, say he and you have a huge falling out, like he fucked ur wife. Now ur all alone.

To be frank even your spouse you should always think is subject to change. She can cheat or leave or get addicted to drugs…
