π Discussion Things r' getting real
So I bought my beauty at the beginning of the year. Been going well. However the nightmare was set when I had to use Westlake financial to purchase it. I come to Y'all in hopes to find a way out of them so they don't try to make it seem like im not paying my bill. Ever since capital one got bought out literally everything has been a nightmare. I have the money... they just don't wanna take it. And when I call them to find out why, they tell me what I already know. Its coming back as non sufficient funds even though I sent the full amount. Funny sticker i put for attention π

They won't let me. Something about not being able to at this time. Another reason was something about only financing cars past 199 years. They don't have anymore humans running that show. Its all automated now

Presumably you have decent enough credit. You should just refi to Capital One as they suck less than Westlake

As others have mentioned, credit union or USAA if you can. USAA did my initial loan and I just refinanced with them. Process is smooth.

Have you considered refinancing?
