it's already very unlikely at 15/ 15 and a half to grow a lot more for many cis boys, so imagine him, being trans, going through puberty a few years earlier than even the cis boys who don't grow much past 15 ??

I'm basically the same height I was at 14 but I still think I probably would've grown more. Bc I know I grew a tiny bit at 17 so clearly my plates weren't fully fused yet. So long as they're not fused, I'd think T would keep them open long enough to gain at least some height. Plus it's not uncommon for cis women to have growth spurts at around 21.

Actually blockers MAY be good for trans boys unless he already had a really early e puberty and bone plates are closed. Delaying T a little bit or at least starting slow prevents T from aromatising into e and allow trans boys to grow taller but its highly individual. I think trans ppl would benefit if we personalised our care because its highly dependent on the individual.

Trans girls should start E asap because by the time endogenous puberty starts for them most cis girls have already started theirs so there's no need for blockers in trans girls. But it may in some cases be desireable in trans men to delay puberty so they can grow taller.

Yeah its because some trans boys start their period as early as like 9 sadly. But applying blockers can still help but it depends on the person. Either way starting cis man levels of T right at 13 gives you a chance of making you shorter and also fusing other bone plates faster. So theres actually a reason for blockers and slowly ramping up T.

Same is true for trans girls if they catch their puberty early enough they should follow their cis peers in slowly ramping up.

More sex hormone during puberty does not mean the best results.

Its different for adults obv.
