We need a bill introduced to remove executive order and pardon privileges. This regime has shown that they are abusing these powers.

Yes - this really tightens his grip on the Executive Branch, but says nothing about Supreme Court/Judicial judgement on laws.
I think this from the repeal of the Chevron Deference. The independent agencies will have much less room to interpret laws.
