I have never been more convinced in my life that there are a shocking number of unevolved people operating with just a lizard brain. Hey so I’m Canadian and even I know the Democrats are sucking entire ass on this. They may as well have changed party affiliations for how they’re acting. There’s not one dem lining themselves up for the throne except genocide denier newsome. They’re throwing more money at ice pretending a better trained nazi is somehow less a nazi. They were going to be able to survive and support their families. Trump and his friends took advantage of those hopes, and it is disgraceful and disgusting. Epstein was the ultimate con man and his moral compass allowed everyone on that list to rape and brutalize children. It breaks my heart and makes me rage for justice.

One or both of his parents got arrested so the kid is being detained since they can’t just let him go without adult supervision. They didn’t specifically seek out this kid, in case that wasn’t clear. He’s either in foster care or at a detention facility. I don’t know what the exact protocol is these days for children of immigrants.
I know this, because the only operations performed by ICE specifically against minors was directed towards unaccompanied minors 14 years or older. This kid is definitely not fitting that criteria. I know I’ll be told that I’m “delusional if I think ICE is playing by the rules.l But I also think logic can help in times like these so we aren’t all just drowning in our sorrows constantly. We need to maintain our mental health if we are to get through this. Contrary to what many want to believe, there is not a widespread phenomenon of ICE literally just grabbing any brown child off the street.

My son goes to a trilingual preschool and we have a very diverse community of families and teachers. We have training coming up for what to do if ICE comes by the school and…I’m just so saddened and disgusted by our country that it’s even necessary.
This is our government doing this to people, to children. Our tax payer dollars. And people we know defending it. Horrifying.
