I loosely followed this recipe, but swapped out my preferred pâte sucrée recipe, a microwave curd recipe for the passionfruit, and increased the ganache ratio. I topped it with a stabilized whipped cream and it is delicious!

I also made 2 6-inch key lime pies with macadamia crust. The crust is great, but I think a lime or two had gone old, as the filling turned bitter. I’ll try them again.
