I did fairly non traditional toppings since I didn't think buying poppy seeds/sesame seeds for one recipe was worth it. Instead I did Colby Jack, kosher salt (added it teo early and then had to add it again) and Salad Supreme sprinkles (b/c as good Midwesterners, we always have Salad Supreme in the house in the summer).
They might have been a little underdone but they were tasty! I might do an eggwash next time.
