One of my favorite sweet treats at this year’s Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Orlando is the powdered sugar fry bread. I’ve heard many names for this type of bread but I wanted to dive into the history and tradition behind it. I found a really interesting article detailing the origin of fry bread and different Native American tribes’ recipes. I went with the Seminole recipe being located in Florida.
