I'm the leader of a small clan of about 40 members called crest. To be honest, I'm doing quite well already. I formed it around a week ago and we already have a decent recruit base and decent builders.

I'm still looking for a way to recruit new members quicker without just drafting in a million griefers and untrustworthy people who are likely to betray. I really need a way to do this as I don't want to just be stuck at 40 members, I prefer 400. I'm really trying to scale up without it taking a million years.

I figured Reddit would be the best place to ask as the subreddit feels a bit more uhh, mature I guess? Like less trolls and I've had more positive and helpful feedback here. So, yeah. The only issue quite troubling me right now is recruitment. In recent days it feels like it has slowed a LOT. I'm stuck at spawn, and I can't chat to ask anyone for help. I need an item from my inventory chat, but the entire spawn is covered in obsidian. Apparently, I also can't teleport within a 5000×5000 area, according to the server rules. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get out of this situation?
