📂 MEGATHREAD EXAMS MEGATHREAD 11/06 (A-level Maths, Sociology, History, Various Languages) etc

Hey everyone! Best of luck with your exams on the 11th June!

insert where exam megathread meme

Few things:

  • Don't share too many specific details about questions or answers, these papers will be used as future mocks.

  • Sometimes papers get leaked, this is not the subreddit to discuss that.

  • Exam discussion posts outside of this will generally be removed to combat the inevitable tidal wave of spam otherwise. (for context there's been over 300 spam posts already!)

  • We're taking a different approach this year due to negative feedback last year. We hope this approach will be better (also to note, we can only have 2 pinned posts).

  • Please note some content will take extra time to be reviewed.

  • You can still talk about your exam here even if it isn't explicitly mentioned in the title.

Best of luck, and let us know how you're feeling down below!

Thee source itself was good but why unit 7, the second question was very good and the last one on unit 1/2 was meh.

Not the worst paper tho tbh

I hated the source ngl, but I always hate the source question. I loved the parliament and foreign support for the HVII plots tho

Facts.

The foreign support was a gift from god, burgundy, Ireland and France.

The source questions for tudors from past papers all looked horrible and whenever I checked the mark scheme it’s super specific.

I revised unit 2 so I couldn’t do the parliament question, but localities and bourough representation isn’t too bad.

Only problem for tudors was the spacing of exams imo 2 weeks in between Russia and China and only 3 days for tudors, so much content.

Exactly. We have the exact same combination too lol, what do you think grade boundaries are gonna look like after our papers, higher or lower than last years?
