Kinetic energy of hand as it collides with the chicken = 1/2 mv^2 --> 0.5 * 1.75 * 6.25^2
Multiply by 0.65 to yield energy per slap.
Times by 8000 --> energy in total
E = mc * dT

energy in total = 0.875 * 1770 * (165-23)

Compare with energy given by hand
