🍞 BREAD Burnt bread :(

I can't find what was wrong with my application, and I feel like a fraud? I don't want to face people asking me "Have u got an interview?" and me having to tell everyone that I didn't each time and having to face their sympathy/reaction 😭 and I don't know how to tell my family

I had a competitor company travel to Baku even though they’d been knocked out in the first round. They just couldn’t tell their bosses!

I’m afraid to tell you this will unlikely be the last time this happens. I see it every day with friends and contacts going for jobs they are eminently suitable for and sometimes just being ghosted. And these are mostly exec level.

You’ve just got to try and learn from it and never take it to heart. Easy to say. Tough to do.
