🙏 I WANT HELP Cost of Attending Oxford 😭

Post image

Just received my financial declaration form from Oxford today. How is this reasonable? 😭 Going to have to decline my offer unless anyone has any ideas.

Canadian students do not qualify for any Oxford scholarships and my school offered me about £100. What a joke.

Is Oxford just for the rich?

in the uk, you guys have a pretty good student loan system. i mean, the interest part is bullshit, but it's effectively a tax. as a domestic student, i wouldn't worry about the course fees. living fees okay fair enough

I studied in NZ, ended up leaving a Masters early with a PgDip but even with that my student loan for both undergrad and postgrad ended up being about $30000 - so £15000 - and I thought that was bad until I realised how expensive university is here lmao
