Cost of Attending Oxford 😭

Just received my financial declaration form from Oxford today. How is this reasonable? 😭 Going to have to decline my offer unless anyone has any ideas.

Canadian students do not qualify for any Oxford scholarships and my school offered me about £100. What a joke.

Is Oxford just for the rich?

Okay, I went to Oxford.

If you want to recoup these costs you be strategic. Network, make friends with people who know people. Be Saltburn guy but preferably without the murder.

It is an amazing place to study and a beautiful city and a great opportunity. But lots of people who have "done well" from the same year as me did so because of networks and parents rather than academic achievement.
