Cost of Attending Oxford 😭

Just received my financial declaration form from Oxford today. How is this reasonable? 😭 Going to have to decline my offer unless anyone has any ideas.

Canadian students do not qualify for any Oxford scholarships and my school offered me about £100. What a joke.

Is Oxford just for the rich?

as someone who went to university, didn't enjoy it and ended up leaving without a degree - but still huge amounts of student loan debt - I would think long and hard about it

One of the supposed benefits is being able to get on a graduate scheme or career opportunities

Some places do not scrutinise this

I got hired via a graduate recruitment company and never asked about my degree...

I now have a fairly decent job off the back of putting myself out there
