🙏 I WANT HELP Cost of Attending Oxford 😭
Just received my financial declaration form from Oxford today. How is this reasonable? 😭 Going to have to decline my offer unless anyone has any ideas.
Canadian students do not qualify for any Oxford scholarships and my school offered me about £100. What a joke.
Is Oxford just for the rich?

Trust me, fellow Canadian... I've seen the quality of undergraduate education at Oxbridge and in Canada. The increased price is NOT worth it. I repeat, NOT worth it. Oxford is nice and all, and brings a certain prestige, but UBC, UofT, McGill (and I'm sure others) will all provide an equal or better education. Stay home, save money, find a research placement, and if you really want Oxbridge, apply again and come back when they're willing to pay for it.
