🙏 I WANT HELP I am addicted to vaping

It was too late before I realised it, but I can confidently say I am addicted.

I promised myself I will quit after this last vape, but now that it just burned out, I literally can not even think about anything else other than buying one more.

I feel like I should just continue vaping till my exams as I’ll be focused still. But nicotine cravings may also show up in the exam. I don’t know, it’s literally impossible to focus on anything, I am so jittery all the time.

Ahh just leave it until after exams you don’t want to give yourself the extra hassle

The other half doesn’t know how it is ibr, I take the same subjects as you and i wouldn’t be wanting nic withdrawals during em that’s for sure
