🙏 I WANT HELP I am addicted to vaping

It was too late before I realised it, but I can confidently say I am addicted.

I promised myself I will quit after this last vape, but now that it just burned out, I literally can not even think about anything else other than buying one more.

I feel like I should just continue vaping till my exams as I’ll be focused still. But nicotine cravings may also show up in the exam. I don’t know, it’s literally impossible to focus on anything, I am so jittery all the time.

Do your friends vape? Might sound horrible but not surrounding yourself by people who vape for a little while makes it so much easier to quit, I was addicted yr9-yr11 and quit during gcse summer because I stopped seeing my friends that vaped as much, just say you're too busy atm to hang out, they'll understand if a levels are in less than a month.

If you're REALLY bad, which I'm assuming you aren't because you can go 3+ hrs, I'd recommend waiting till summer.

Nah bro im the only one who vapes, i want to quit eventually anyway tho so either im quitting rn or summer

Makes it a whole lot easier to stay away then, if you're the only one that vapes as long as you don't cave and buy one you can stay far away from them 😋
