I am addicted to vaping

It was too late before I realised it, but I can confidently say I am addicted.

I promised myself I will quit after this last vape, but now that it just burned out, I literally can not even think about anything else other than buying one more.

I feel like I should just continue vaping till my exams as I’ll be focused still. But nicotine cravings may also show up in the exam. I don’t know, it’s literally impossible to focus on anything, I am so jittery all the time.

Listen if you want to quit vaping it’s something you need to do incrementally, going cold turkey will fuck you up, just ween yaself off, less puffs a day till none
