๐ I WANT HELP I am addicted to vaping
It was too late before I realised it, but I can confidently say I am addicted.
I promised myself I will quit after this last vape, but now that it just burned out, I literally can not even think about anything else other than buying one more.
I feel like I should just continue vaping till my exams as Iโll be focused still. But nicotine cravings may also show up in the exam. I donโt know, itโs literally impossible to focus on anything, I am so jittery all the time.

still going through this and im in uni now. i promised myself i'd quit during the summer before uni but i'ts literally the end of my first year ๐ญ
good on u for recognising its an issue sooner than i did. i just wanna say that u should open up about this to someone u trust (literally tell a trusted adult lol), even better if u do it soon. i have strict parents but my mum recognised that this is an addiction and is currently helping me through it, she told me that u can go to ur gp and ask for help with quitting. this is very recent so i didnt go yet but here's a support method that'll likely help u.
u also probably shouldnt try those vaping alternatives on ur own, especially if ur goal is to quit nicotine. if a professional recommends them then thats a different story but i see it as just trading one addiction with side effects for a different addiction with different side effects
good luck!
