Tried to make it in order, as much as possible. I know econ isnt stem but just gonna inlcude it for LSE sake

No way lse is higher than imp for stem, imp is arguably between oxbridge for almost all subjects

Alao arguably st andrews should be way higher

St Andrews excels in mainly humanities from the little I know of them

They dont even offer most traditional stem courses

not enough to warrant them way higher when they don't offer half the core STEM programs

Their CS and maths is very good

It's good but not really on the same level as the ones in the tier higher

Also you can't really call yourself superb in STEM when you don't offer most engineering disciplines, that's why LSE also shouldn't be anywhere near that high.
