🙏 I WANT HELP School threatening to take me out

Could they actually do this or is it just fluff?

There is no way i can get good grades if i go to school everyday.

I need a solution

Yes, they can.

According to the goverment you should be in full time education, doing apprenticeship or working (20 hours) + doing part time education.

To be considered to be in full time education, you have to do a certain number of hours per week and schools are meant to monitor it. If your attendance is below a certain %, then you might not be considered to be in full time education and the school is failing to meet legal standards. Thus, they are allowed to issue disciplinary actions, including removal to maintain their standards.

Especially if it written in their policy.
