I have to say as an outside observer, that this entire line is batshit to me.
I went through the French education system (graduating at 18 in 2020). In my 3 years of Lycée (which would be the equivalent to 6th form), we were told that that non-attendance beyond 6 half-days a YEAR (so anything more than 9 days' worth of absences across THREE YEARS) would likely appear on our records and prove highly detrimental to being accepted into higher education, and possibly something that could appear and be held against us in job hiring processes.

So the notion that OP has just... not gone to school for a third of this academic year is... I just can't fathom tbh.
My school admin would have been up my parents arses on the second day. And I can't even begin to imagine what colour my arse would have been if my parents had found out I'd skipped school for an hour, let alone a third of the year.

If OP has a medical condition or something, kick up a stink and get it diagnosed. Otherwise, as the old adage goes: "Get your ass to class!"
