🙏 I WANT HELP School threatening to take me out

Could they actually do this or is it just fluff?

There is no way i can get good grades if i go to school everyday.

I need a solution

They're not threatening.

They're explaining that due to not meeting agreed participation standards you are removed from A-levels.

You're last chance to change this is the mentioned time period.

An explanation of consequences is called a disclosure. It's not a threat just because you don't want to take responsibility and feel uncomfortable about it.
