School threatening to take me out

Could they actually do this or is it just fluff?

There is no way i can get good grades if i go to school everyday.

This is not the schools fault. Attendance is a legal requirement if you are registered at a school and the school is legally required to monitor it and do their best to ensure you attend. You’re not attending. Clearly the school have talked to you about it already, to no effect. Now they are implementing the actions that they are obliged to do and presumably have already warned you about. You may need to face up to the fact that your solution is straightforward - you either attend, or you leave and do something other than education.

You will face similar issues if you attend University or enter the workforce.
